Responsibilities: Full cycle accounts payable and receivable management Collection of bi-weekly time cards and expense reports Bank and credit card reconciliation Ability to keep books on the accrual basis including preparing necessary adjustments with supporting analysis Monthly closing duties including journal entries as necessary and trial balance review Maintaining detail analysis and work papers to support account balances Producing monthly financial statements for review by management Establishing and maintaining a chart of accounts Assistance with filing normal business tax returns such as commercial rent tax and sales Prepare billing of Contractor's time and expenses Issue customer statements and make collection calls when needed Post customer payments and conduct invoicing in line with clients specifications Conduct inventory of company property issued to Prepare purchase orders as well as track funding on client issues purchase orders Manage State and Federal Tax correspondence Prepare worksheet on Sales Tax, BPOL and other reports and update data on the web Year-end closing and budget review Required education and skills: Education focused on an Accounting Degree Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Strong working knowledge of Excel and proficiency with Word Computer savvy overall Solid communication skills Strong attention to detail Required experience: At least 2 years functioning in the above listed capacity ACI Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
