The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Membership Communications Manager to join our Communications Department.The Membership Communications Manager is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for driving membership growth, including acquiring new members, retaining existing members, and promoting certification to Associate members. Out-of-area applicants will be considered; however, relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Collaborates with Member Services and the Product Manager to promote CFE certification to Associate members. Develops programs to communicate the value of membership, promote engagement and increase member retention. Collaborates with Member Services and others to identify and deliver new benefits that increase the value of membership. Collaborates with Content Strategist to create and maintain membership-related content (particularly copy) for ACFE websites, e-newsletters, and other collateral. Measures, analyzes and reports on membership metrics and program performance. Manages creation of collateral in support of membership development programs, including email, print and digital ads, direct mail and brochures. Performs other duties as assigned or required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field required. 3-5 years of marketing or membership development experience required. 2 years of database/direct marketing experience including campaign development, execution and measurement and/or previous experience in developing membership or customer database marketing processes and programs is highly desirable. Experience with digital marketing (PPC advertising, social media, etc.), Marketo/marketing automation, Salesforce/CRM systems and content management systems (CMS) preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven skills in organizing work, communicating effectively, attending to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively, and timely handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
