The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), an equal opportunity employer, is looking for an Accounting Coordinator. The Accounting Coordinator supports the administrative functions of the Accounting department and provides assistance to our internal and external customers on a daily basis. The Accounting Coordinator is also acting as a liaison between our organization and vendors regarding accounts payable. This role is responsible for processing incoming vendor invoices, assisting with certain accounts receivable functions, and maintaining accounting records. Out-of-area applicants will be considered; however, relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Essential Functions of Accounting Coordinator: Responsible for accounts payable processing Respond to daily customer inquiries Prepare vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other records.
