Thorlabs Customer Operations Team serves as the first touch point for the customer into the Thorlabs ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone excited about growing and developing in project management through initiatives focused on our customer operations. The Customer Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for helping support operational improvements, system upgrades, strategic projects, and trainings with guidance and oversight from the Customer Operations Manager. By contributing to these efforts, the Customer Operations Project Coordinator will help drive meaningful changes that impact the customer experience and the day-to-day efforts of the team. Although the location of the position is in Newton, NJ, from time to time it may be required to undertake duties at other Thorlabs locations.
