The Growth team is responsible for growing Clover's geographic footprint by identifying, evaluating, developing, and gaining access to new territories. As a Telesales Associate, you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial edge and a passion for selling, both in terms of the highest compliance standards as well as the ability to drive overall growth. You'll be responsible for managing and closing inbound web and telephonic leads to expand our membership base across each of Clover's markets and drive effectiveness of the telephonic sales channel. You believe in using technology and data to drive your thinking around sales and other key metrics. As a Telesales Associate, you will: Manage the full telephonic life cycle of leads that are generated through Marketing and Sales activities across each of Clover's markets Conduct virtual sales presentations with individuals to drive growth and to develop a 360-degree view of Clover's presence in the market Deliver Clover's core value proposition and selling points to a wide spectrum of Medicare eligibles to support building our brand in a way that is consistent with local Marketing/Sales strategy Be accountable to reaching challenging membership and lead management targets and manage sales cycle development and reporting within a shared CRM Serve as the main feedback loop for Clover in the telephonic sales channel, sculpting the most efficient and financially sound sales strategy that uniquely fits the channel as well as markets that you serve Surface significant shifts or developments in each market to sales team leadership, getting ahead of market changes that may impact sales targets and performance.
