Job Responsibilities:
-use effective prospecting and referral strategies
-understand that your presence is appreciated in training
-provide sound financial recommendations for your clients
-understand a typical decision-making process
-must understand that licensing is required, and must be willing to obtain licensing designations
Education/Experience:
-willing to obtain licensing as needed, such as Series 7, 66, and Life and Health Insurance licensing
-College degree (soon-to-be grads are welcomed as well)
-goal oriented with long-term mindset
-communication skills are necessary
-basic computer skills
-decision-making skills
