911 Pest Defense & Hotshots Weed Control is VETERAN OWNED - growing rapidly and seeks a highly motivated individual to take excellent care of our residential and commercial pest control clients. Already licensed applicants are preferred but WE WILL TRAIN the right person(s). We do full-service general pest, scorpion control, rodent control and weed control. Our customer base is primarily in N. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree areas, servicing larger, nicer homes that demand the "Best in Pest". We service only 8-10 homes per day and take the time to do it right the first time - with very few 'call backs'. The position requires walking, carrying a back pack up to 25-30 lbs. and is demanding during the summer months. We're looking for the right person who combines physical abilities, attention to detail and people skills to interact with customers. Ideally you've worked in the service industry, are motivated to expand professionally as the company grows, have a clean driving record and are dependable. Pay ranges from $10-15 per hour, depending on experience and if you are already licensed, but again - WE WILL TRAIN in our treatment methods.
