FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST
We are a leading property management company with an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist.
Summary of Responsibilities
Answering all calls
Greeting owners and guests and assisting as required
Prepare documentation for new homeowners
Update and confirm homeowner Yardi contact information
Maintain work station area and office by keeping in order.
Assist with various forms of communication to owners, including flyers, emails, portals and labels
Create welcome packets for new homeowners
Maintain, ship and order common area items such as, gate keys, remotes, dog tag distributions
Maintain clubhouse and pool party logs
Assist in other projects as necessary
Ability to handle 12 incoming phone lines in a professional manner
Strong phone, active listening and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Yardi database system (helpful)
Experience with Homeowner’s Association (helpful)
Able to work in a fast pace environment, set priorities, plan, organize & follow through efficiently
Positive and motivated self-starter
Dependable, punctual and reliable
