The Alamitos Group is one of Southern California's largest and most established owner operators of Jiffy Lube service centers but it hasn’t always been that way. Brothers-in-law, Robert Curry and Michael Biddle, started with humble beginnings in 1995 with a single service center. They started their company with the notion that the communities in the Southland could benefit from convenient vehicle maintenance provided by well trained technicians and performed with a passion for great guest service.

The starting salary $ VARIABLE /hr for entry level, if they have mechanical experience, sales, or supervisor skills the wage is discussed with the Area Manager that they are interviewed by.

On top of the regular pay we also have bonus programs for our Guest Service Advisers, Team Leaders, Managers and Assistant Mangers. The benefits start after the 90-day probation. We also increase the pay as you move up positions, get free oil changes, discounts for theme parks, we also have a scholarship program for anyone going to school and majoring within the automotive field.
