Job description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with intermediate technical knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone and resolve customers' issues.
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with angry or upset customers.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Prioritize customer issues and problems in order of importance.
Follow company policy when handling customer issues.
Use excellent written and verbal communication skills.
