Trophy Point is a purpose-driven firm that provides Construction and Consulting Services. A Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Trophy Point’s mission is oriented on enabling our clients to achieve their vision.

The functional value of the projects we support is something we take pride in understanding with our clients.  Doing so enables our team to be as passionate about a project as its stakeholders and end-users. 

Our team humbly recognizes that the quality of our work impacts the functional and aesthetical value of a given project.  Furthermore, the projects we support oftentimes alter the skylines of the towns or cities within which they are hosted.  This responsibility is something we take seriously.

As a company that places a high priority on employing Veterans, many of our team members take a great deal of pride in shaping the communities that they once defended in a military uniform.  The same work ethic and “mission first” approach they took while in the service is something they apply to the projects they support.  Our Non-Veteran employees have the opportunity to gain exposure to a different company culture than ones they may have experienced elsewhere and the ability to influence the communities that host the projects they support. 

Trophy Point is a company that was founded by a Service-Disabled Veteran and a long-time member of the Construction Services Industry.  Together, these two gentlemen recognized an opportunity to provide value-added services to the Construction Industry while creating a team that would have similar values to the military.  Furthermore, they decided to use Trophy Point as a vehicle to actively support our Veterans by providing them an opportunity to join a team that would recognize their potential and maximize its use through an effective training and mentorship process.
