Job Description

TIMELINE COORDINATOR The timeline coordinator oversees timeline management for specific key accounts. You will be in charge of managing internal and external project milestones, including: Outlining the weekly pre-production deliverables and tracking the status of outsourced projects. o Due from clients and peer organizations o Due to clients and peer organizations o Internal timing between departments prior to production Your goal is to maximize operational efficiency by coaching others to stay on track with their timelines and deliverables. When challenges arise, elevate the concerns to management and recommend solutions for continued progress. OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Inspire a positive, collaborative and cohesive teamwork environment.  Have courage to challenge the status quo  Set and manage all project timeline expectations and promote unrelenting excellence.  Create project work-back schedules and monitor and drive adherence to milestone dates.  Collaborate with department leaders to continuously review and prioritize existing and forecasted work.  Identify challenges and lead coordination of issue resolutions.  Help develop and implement processes to improve timeline efficiency within the organization.  Routinely communicate with key project stakeholders driving transparency, clarity and understanding of processes and status.  Maintain accurate production and report data as requested.  Systematically reevaluate risk and elevate appropriately the key issues to Management  Negotiate and Agree on milestones within all timelines  Lead & participate in timeline review & production meetings  Assist on key Corporate Projects as needed – Great Management Visibility Opportunity QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS  Great attitude  1 to 5 years of timeline management or work efficiency experience.  Goal and results oriented  Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills.  Ability to influence cross-functionally and proactively communicate with employees at all levels.  Strong and proactive conflict management skills.
