Codel Entry Systems is looking for people to assist in the door construction process. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys working with their hands in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the door and window construction trade, with the use of powered hand tools, strongly desired.
Provide leadership and supervision for the assigned production shift and associated personnel
Effectively motivate, train and communicate with their assigned shift teams to assure superior levels of safety, reliability, sanitation, and quality. Ensure individual and team levels of performance meet or exceed goals and expectations
Prepare and conduct team meetings as necessary for proper communications and development of teams. Have the ability to work with the Engineering and Quality Assurance staff to create a cooperative environment on their assigned shift
Previous construction material handling, window glazing, jamb construction and installation, and service experience desired
Various tasks associated with door manufacturing, glass insertion, painting, and general creation of doors and related systems.
Medium industrial work – exerting up to 75-100 lbs of force often and/or up to 50 lbs of force regularly to move objects.
Experience working in a Warehouse environment.
Able to stand long hours on hard surfaces, up to 10 hours per day
Compliance with safety regulations

Wages starting at $19.00-$23.00 per hour, DOE
