ISM started out as a one-man operation doing engineering work and has evolved into a highly successful, ever-growing company with both an Engineering Department as well as a full in-house Manufacturing Department thanks to the hard work of our employees. We just celebrated 25 years in business and are looking forward to many, many more great years ahead.
There are many great things about joining the ISM team. We have multiple insurance options to choose from and pay more than 50% of insurance premiums for employees AND their dependents. We also have recently adopted a 4/10 schedule, with the schedule being 10 hours per day Mon-Thurs so you get a 3 day weekend EVERY weekend!! We also have paid sick, vacation, and holiday time, a company-contributing 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.
