Western Avenue Capital, a real estate focused company, is seeking a Property Management Associate to join its Los Angeles based team.
This role requires someone who has strong interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate effectively, and is personable with vendors, tenants and co-workers. The candidate must have a high level of integrity and dependability and can perform under pressure and with tight deadlines. The Property Management Associate will work closely with firm’s principals on a range of activities across the Company’s retail, NNN and multifamily portfolio.
