Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume, full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring skills
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral processes, sourcing campaigns and out-the-box thinking regarding hiring
  • Find, engage and convert passive candidates
  • Rapidly screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process through us
  • A commitment to adhering to the clients desire to hire a diverse tech workforce
  • Regularly track pipeline and forecasting data to share with stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years technical recruiting, ideally in engineering, architecture or construction
  • Have experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Have experience working autonomously
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering and niche skill sets
  • Excellent ability to assess talent with an ability to quickly screen resumes fit
  • Strong tech and industry knowledge

 

Compensation: High percentage commission based compensation with draw.
