A Biscuit Crew Team Member is crossed trained to do many jobs in the restaurant...

The Assembly Cook is responsible for coordinating all orders & ensuring that they are prepared to specifications & executed in a timely manner.  This person must have an eye for detail & work with a sense of urgency.  Relevant restaurant experience is preferred.

The Prep Cook is responsible for creating recipe-based sandwich ingredients & menu items.  This is a very technical position that requires the ability to follow recipes & execute with speed & a sense of urgency.  He or she should have a basic knowledge of quality food standards & product characteristics.

The To Go position is responsible for assisting guests that are ordering remotely &/or from our kiosk.  Responsibilities include greeting guests (w/ a smile), educating guests on our menu, up-selling menu items (including beverage items, logo gear, & gift cards), filling drink orders, effectively listening & inputting orders into our POS, completing cash and credit card transactions; bagging, delivering,& coordinating orders for waiting guests; following local, state, & Federal Alcoholic Beverage Sales regulations by checking identification for proof of age for alcohol sales. The To Go should be able to multi-task, as well as perform other service related functions as needed. 

The Cashier is vital role for our operation & is one of the core guest contact points.  Responsibilities include greeting guests (w/ a smile), educating guests on our menu, up-selling menu items (including beverage items, logo gear, & gift cards), filling drink orders, working To Go, effectively listening & inputting orders into our POS, completing cash and credit card transactions; following local, state, & Federal Alcoholic Beverage Sales regulations by checking identification for proof of age for alcohol sales. The cashier should be able to multi-task, as well as perform other service related functions as needed.

The Hospitality role, or Host, has the primary function of greeting & welcoming our guests to the restaurant.  Additional responsibilities include educating guests on our brand, menu, kiosk process, assisting with TO GO orders, & ensuring the dining area is clean. This person will need to be able to multi-task, as well as perform other front of house roles when needed or after peak business times.

The Dishwasher/Busser is a dual role that will have some production responsibilities.  Primary responsibilities include bussing tables, maintaining trash/recycling stations, washing dishes, maintaining the dish machine, & completing a variety of cleaning tasks in the restaurant. 

The Food Runner is responsible for communicating with guests and supporting kitchen staff by delivering orders.  This person is responsible for providing guests with quick and courteous food delivery service.  Additional responsibilities include inspecting all food orders prior to delivery to ensure items are attractively plated & meeting specifications.

The Biscuit Chef or Lead Chef is a senior culinary/cook role requiring strong leadership & culinary skills.  This individual should possess strong culinary, communication, & coaching skills.  He or she will be heavily involved in the execution of our menu & responsible for educating, coaching, & supervising our culinary team.
