Job Description

Must be located in the one of the following areas:   Southern Massachusetts or South East NY state

 

Responsible for operating the machines and pre-press equipment of the company's graphic products and solutions. Assist in the planning and control of the production process of Esko clients within the region.

 

  • Perform support and upgrade of all Esko equipment. Including installation, troubleshooting and support.
  • Train and support to Juniors FSE in the department in order to guide them technically
  • Monitor and control personal expenses.
  • Apply problem solving according to the specificity of each client.
  • Actively participate and /or administer trainings at Esko events or at technical seminars to attract new clients.
  • Attend Esko's customers, and be available for travel whenever requested.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate, complete and timely data regarding invoice information for the services provided to customers, in accordance with Esko's internal policy and procedure in order to guarantee part of the revenue recognition of the department.
  • Deliver the service orders within the time frame determined by Esko.
  • Administer and control the inventory of machine parts.
  • Perform other activities as assigned.

 

Advanced knowledge in Hardware solutions (CTP and Cutting tables)

Market experience in graphic arts (Prepress, digital printing, Offset, Flexo, Packaging)
