Job Description

Ra Medical Systems, a world leader in dermatology and cardiovascular lasers, is looking for a Complaint Specialist in the Technical Support Department.

The right candidate will possess an excellent ability to work with challenging customers to troubleshoot problems by telephone in stressful situations. The best candidate will be able to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and always maintain high customer satisfaction.

Military experience is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outgoing and incoming calls
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Assist customers with resolving technical issues
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Input data into a Customer Service database in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain timely communication with fellow team members and supervisors

Requirements

  • Military service is preferred
  • Proven complaint handling experience
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Strong phone skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices – experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Database entry skills that is both timely and accurate
  • Customer oriented and the ability to adapt/respond appropriately to various circumstances
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and positively with fellow team members
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
